insured shipping within the 50 states. Many pieces are eligible for complementary overnight shipping reach out to a sales representative for more information.

Most of our products are on hand and will ship
directly from our headquarters in New York City.
We generally ship our products via FedEx, fully
insured, within 5 business days of completed purchase and payment confirmation. An adult signature is
required for receipt of all packages for insurance purposes. We can also make
arrangements for you to pick it up at our headquarters.

Unless otherwise noted in the listing, all items are
final sale and are not subject to returns or exchanges.

Direct purchases can only be made using wire, for customers interested in paying with credit card reach out to our customer support team and they will advise you on how to complete the sale with a credit card.

Since many of our pieces are vintage or
pre-owned, please expect some wear & patina from usage and age on these
items. Please read each item description and examine all product images
carefully prior to purchase. Our high resolution images should be considered
part of the description.

We back each WTT new or vintage timepiece sold on our site at the full listed price with a
one-year mechanical warranty from the date of purchase. To the extent
necessary, all of our pieces are evaluated and authenticated by one of our
timepiece specialists, at which point a service or necessary maintenance is
performed prior to sale. All of our watches are sold operating, running, and
functioning as intended.
The majority of our timepieces run on manual
winding or automatic movements; these may not be as accurate as modern quartz.
None of our timepieces are guaranteed water resistant. Customary care is always
necessary.
Our warranty may be voided by the following
circumstances: internal or external damage caused by accidents, mishandling,
impact, abusive treatment of the watch, modifications, attempted repairs or
tampering by unauthorized third parties. Our warranty is non-transferrable. All
repairs under warranty must be carried out by WTT. Should you need service
please contact us directly for a Repair Authorization #.
Please be mindful that many of our products are
vintage and preowned, some with many decades of wear and use. As with any
luxury timepiece, regular maintenance and care is recommended and required to
ensure the lasting reliability of your timepiece.

You can rest assured knowing all of our watches have been rigorously examined to ensure they are authentic and in proper working condition. Pictures of the watch movement can be made available upon request.

Upon completion of a purchase a Watch Them Tick
representative will reach out to you to assist with remitting your payment
securely. Payments are accepted via Wire Transfer or Bank Checks.

Please be advised that payments not completed within 48 hours may subject the item to
being released for sale to another customer.
