Terms and Conditions for Watch Them Tick Personal Stylist Sales Contest

Contest Overview
This contest, organized by Watch Them Tick ("Company"), is open exclusively to personal stylist sales representatives registered in the Watch Vault Program ("Participants"). Eligible Participants may win a Pre-Owned Rolex Datejust 1603 or a similar model (“Prize”), valued at approximately $5,000 or market value, whichever is lower. The Company is not responsible for fluctuations in market value or any third-party valuation discrepancies.

Eligibility and Qualifying Sales

• Minimum Sales Requirement: Participants must generate a minimum of $250,000 (USD) in qualifying sales of watches during the Contest Period. Sourced merchandise sales are excluded.
• Non-Combining of Sales: Sales cannot be combined with those of other representatives or parties to meet the threshold.
• Sales made under the affiliate program are ineligible towards the sales contest

Contest Period
The Contest Period begins on the date of each Participant’s enrollment in the Watch Vault service and continues for a duration of ten (10) months thereafter. Participants are responsible for tracking their Contest Period end date based on their Watch Vault enrollment date.

Conditions for Prize Eligibility

• Payment Received: Full payment for sales must be received by the Company by the end of the Contest Period.
• Non-Return of Goods: Qualifying sales must remain non-returned. Returned items will be deducted from the sales threshold.
• Return Period: The Prize will be awarded only after the return period has passed for all qualifying sales.

Prize Details

• Specifications: The Company reserves the right to determine the exact model,refrence number, specifications, and presentation of the Prize. No substitutions, exchanges, or cash alternatives are permitted unless the specified model is unavailable, in which case the Company may substitute a similar watch of comparable value.
• Warranty Disclaimer: The Company provides no warranties for the Prize, which is awarded "as is." Quality concerns should be directed to the manufacturer.

Responsibility for Taxes
The Prize recipient is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees. The Company may issue tax forms or withhold taxes as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

• The Company’s liability for any claims related to the Contest shall not exceed the retail value of the Prize. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
• The Company shall not be responsible for any lack of inventory that may prevent Participants from achieving the sales threshold.

1. Verification of Eligibility
   The Company reserves the right to verify Participant eligibility, confirm sales, and ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Participants found to have provided false information will be disqualified.
2. Privacy and Publicity
   By accepting the Prize, Participants consent to the Company’s use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation. Personal information will be managed according to the Company’s Privacy Policy.
3. Non-Transferability of Prize
   The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other benefits.
4. Final Decision and Interpretation
   The Company’s decisions regarding Contest participation and Prize awarding are final and binding.
5. One Prize Per Participant
   Each Participant is eligible to receive only one Prize, regardless of their total sales during the Contest Period.
6. Disqualification
   Participants may be disqualified for:

• Violating these Terms and Conditions or other Company policies.
• Unethical or fraudulent conduct, including attempts to circumvent sales requirements.

1. Force Majeure
   The Company is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations due to causes beyond its control, such as natural disasters or government actions.
2. Updates and Notifications
   The Company reserves the right to amend the Contest rules, duration, or other Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be communicated to Participants via official Company communication channels, such as the website or internal platform announcements
3. Prize Claim and Acceptance
   Participants who qualify will be notified by the Company and must claim the Prize within a specified period or forfeit it. The Prize claim is non-transferable.
4. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
   These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of [Company’s jurisdiction]. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration per the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of [Company’s jurisdiction].
