Watch Them Tick Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Watch Them Tick Referral Program ("Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

• The Program is open to prior customers of Watch Them Tick who are legal residents of the United States and at least 18 years old.
• Employees, affiliates, and partners of Watch Them Tick ("Company") and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How the Program Works

• Participants ("Referrers") can earn a $350 credit toward their next purchase at Watch Them Tick for each qualifying referral.
• A qualifying referral occurs when:

1. The Referrer shares their unique referral link or code with a friend, family member, or acquaintance ("Referred Customer").
2. The Referred Customer uses the referral link or code to make their first purchase of a watch from Watch Them Tick.
3. The Referred Customer’s purchase meets a minimum transaction value of $5,500, must be full-priced, and excludes taxes, shipping, and discounts.
4. The Referred Customer’s purchase must be made directly through Watch Them Tick’s official website, WatchThemTick.com, and cannot be subject to any third-party platform or marketplace fees.

3. Rewards

• The $350 credit will be issued to the Referrer within 14 business days of the Referred Customer’s qualifying purchase.
• Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and must be used within 12 months of issuance.
• The credit can only be applied to future purchases and cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts.
• The credit cannot be applied to gift card purchases, taxes, or shipping costs.
  

4. Referral Limits

• Each Referrer may earn credits for up to three (3) referrals.
• Additional referrals beyond the limit will not qualify for rewards.

5. Program Restrictions

• The Program is intended for personal use only. Referral links or codes cannot be shared on coupon sites, public forums, or used for commercial purposes.
• Self-referrals or fraudulent activity to generate credits are strictly prohibited.
• Watch Them Tick reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer or Referred Customer if fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected.

6. Modification or Termination

• Watch Them Tick reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
• Any credits earned before termination of the Program will be honored in accordance with these terms.
• Watch Them Tick also reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Watch Them Tick is not responsible for any technical issues, lost communications, or other problems that may interfere with the operation of the Program.
• By participating in the Program, you agree to release Watch Them Tick from any liability arising from or related to the Program.

8. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
